Overview

Oryenda Music Production provides custom song creation and related services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms listed on this page regarding delivery, revisions, rights of use, add-ons, and refunds.

Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

Unless full commercial rights are purchased, all songs, lyrics, vocals, and instrumentals created by Oryenda Music Production remain the intellectual property of:

• Oryenda Music Production
• our affiliates
• the original composers, producers, and vocal artists involved

With the standard package, you receive a **personal-use license**, which allows:

• personal listening
• gifts to friends or loved ones
• non-monetized social media sharing with credit to Oryenda
• playing at personal events such as weddings, birthdays, memorials, etc.

Without commercial rights, you may NOT:

• sell, license, or monetize the song
• upload for distribution to streaming platforms under your name
• use in advertisements, business promos, or paid content
• claim authorship or copyright ownership

Purchasing the Commercial Rights Buyout grants full commercial usage, including monetization, streaming release, broadcast usage, paid advertising, film, podcast, or business purposes.

Publishing & Distribution Clarification

Music Publishing & Distribution (Optional) – FREE

If selected, you give Oryenda Music Production permission to release an alternate or approved version of your song on major platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) for promotional or catalog purposes.

You may still request removal at any time unless commercial rights have been contractually transferred.

Add-Ons Explained

• 48-Hour Delivery – $25
  Priority production queue with delivery within 48 hours after intake form is submitted.
• Duet / Multiple Vocals – $20
  Song produced with multiple vocal styles or duet performance.
• Lyric Video – $30
  Social-media-ready lyric video delivered as MP4 in addition to audio files.
• Music Publishing & Distribution – FREE
  Optional permission for Oryenda to release an alternate or approved version on digital platforms.
• Extra Revisions – $15
  Additional revision beyond the base package revisions already included.
• Instrumental-Only Version – $10
  Separate instrumental-only version delivered along with full version.
• Commercial Rights Buyout – $250
  Full commercial usage rights transferred to purchaser.

Delivery & Timelines

Standard delivery time is typically 3–5 business days after receiving complete project details.

Rush delivery applies **after details submission**, not simply purchase date.

Revisions Policy

Revisions include adjustments to:

• lyrics wording
• pronunciation
• mix balance and levels
• tempo or emotional tone

Major rewrites due to **new information provided after work begins** may require an additional fee.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information required to create and deliver your song:

• name
• email and contact information
• order number
• story details voluntarily provided by you

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except:

• payment processors (Stripe)
• distribution platforms if you request publishing

You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Refund Policy

Because this is a fully custom creative service, refunds are limited once writing and production begin.

• Full refund before work begins
• Partial refund may be considered before recording
• No refunds after final delivery unless project is not completed
